Information for Conference Registration
Read the instructions carefully before filling out the formulary.
General Information

The on-line form is used for registration in the SBC Conference and/or in the Quality Course (choose one of these options).

Required fields are highlighted with

JAI and JAIA courses (in Portuguese) have limited spots, and enrollment will only be secured after payment.

Payment using VISA credit card is accepted. Send us the authorization form by FAX (+55 51 3316 7142).

Registrations will be confirmed upon payment.

Students are required do show student identification at on-site registration (in Fortaleza) to receive identification and conference material.

Member Specific Information

SBC members must complete the fields member number and name, exactly as it appears in the SBC membership card. SBC associates must have the annual (2001) fees paid.
